The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Good access to public transportation (300m walk to tram, bus & train stops). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed. The bedroom is tiny, but the living room has lot of space. Guests have access to equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove & all necessary essentials)) + washing machine. Baby crib is available on request.

A 10-minute drive from the Tallinn Old Town, great public connections to the city center and old town.

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.
