Located within 200 yards of the Sea of Cortez, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, casa is the perfect vacation spot. The open floor plan includes two large bedrooms (king beds), two full bathrooms with soaker tubs and sofa sleeper. The well stocked kitchen opens to the living and dining space. Our upstairs patio has a sitting area, dining area and great views of the Sierra de la Giganta Mountains. Outside the front door you will find the lap pool (75 yards), several restaurants and shops!

Located in the quaint resort village of Nopolo, this premium condo has commanding ocean and mountain views, a large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. The condo is on the 4th floor and accessed by elevator or stairs. The common area features a large and meandering wading and swimming built-in pool (not heated) surrounded by palapas and lounge chairs, and a sandy lounge/play area.
