Die Wohnung ist knapp 55m2 groß und liegt weserseitig in einem Turm des s.g. 'Columbus-Centers'. Sie wurde im Sommer 2010 komplett renoviert und eingerichtet.

Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.
