Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub.
