Amazing the house, cozy clean. Christopher always worried that we were okay. Flexible, proactive. Definitely if I have to go back to Allentown it will be here.

My family was right at home in the beautifully open spaced cozy home. The fireplace helped us feel so cozy as the snow fell over the weekend and the property was perfect for snow play/sleighing for my kids…even the dog had a wonderful time. Would definitely return ❤️

Great little cottage close to so much in the Poconos. Can get to NewYork city and Philadelphia pretty easily too. Comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Great amenities in the cottage. Plenty of towels and such. Washer and dryer in the cottage.

This place was absolutely amazing from the beautiful surroundings to the lovely decor. We felt right at home at Heart Desire. With the lovely gas fireplace and central heat we were always warm and toasty! It is also great how this location is just about 15mins away from a Target as well as other stores and restaurants. I also really appreciate how quick and responsive the host were when we had a bit of trouble checking in. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to hopefully stay again (maybe in the summer this time!) P.S. If you like ducks you're in for a treat!

We had an amazing multigenerational family retreat. Joan, our host, is a friendly and highly skilled communicator that discussed our needs & the property amenities before and during our stay to ensure we had a stress-free stay so we could focus on relaxing and enjoying family. The kitchen was provisioned with everything we needed to prepare and serve family favorite meals for 12. Bedrooms and sitting areas on each floor allowed family to either congregate or spend time in quiet. The elevator made it easy for young and old to move floor to floor especially for those with luggage, walkers or bad knees. Even with cool, rainy weather we found the unobstructed view of the river relaxing as we watched boats, fishermen, water fowl and even a juvenile eagle. Once the sun came out, we walked along the canal and stopped at a nearby coffee roaster for coffee and ice cream. Can’t wait to return to use the grill, bicycles, and canoe/kayaks or spend an afternoon in Frenchtown or New Hope.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful property that is quiet and centrally located. We highly recommend Mirka’s home if you’re looking for something in the area!

We had a great stay at Naomi’s. The house is so cute and it was so so clean. The view was so peaceful and beautiful. Naomi checked in with us in advance to let us know the house was ready for check-in a few hours early and remotely turned the heat on so the house was nice and toasty when we got there. Everything was honestly just really nice. We would definitely go back.

I loved everything about this place. The location felt secure, and also convenient to stores etc. The owners made us feel welcomed as if we were visiting family out of town. I appreciate they’re hospitality and professionalism. Thank you guys and I can’t wait to visit again. I’m glad my partner and I decided to bring the new year here. Also, they have everything you need in their cottage. Very Comfortable and Cozy. You’ll be happy you stayed.

This is our second time staying here and it has become a special spot for our family. While it has only 1 bedroom, our adult kids would visit from nearby Lafayette College and we would have family dinners (the indoor and outdoor tables can each seat five comfortably), play board games on the covered porch overlooking the river, sit outside and have drinks or coffee while watching fish jump and bald eagles fly by!...it is well maintained, spotless, and the hosts go beyond the norm in providing comforts, including flowers and chocolates and a stocked fridge! The fridge is loaded with a variety of beverages and breakfast items, but the really special treat is the morning delivery of fresh, NY-style bagels that arrive mysteriously by a pulley system while we are sleeping! We are hoping to find more reasons to stay here now that the kiddo has graduated!
