La entrada en la cocina, nueva y moderna, abre luego al gran salón con dos grandes puertas ventanas al exterior, y luego al dormitorio con baño al interior, con ducha. El edificio es de dos plantas (con un apartamento en cada una), más la terraza comunitaria con unas maravillosas vistas a la iglesia del Salvador. El edificio y el apartamento han sido recientemente restaurados respetando los elementos originales. The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. Here is where you’ll find hip one-of-a-kind boutiques to high-end designer fashion, antique galleries (Carre des Antiquaires), as well as many modern-classic design shops. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).
