Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Northern Thailand

Yada’s place was amazing!! It was very spacious and very clean. All the amenities provided were in pristine condition. An amazing touch was cold filtered water in the fridge which was much needed in the May heat. The location is superb, close to the night market and many shops and eateries. It’s also inside an alley so it’s still private and quiet. It’s easy to walk around and also easy for cabs to find the location. The place is clean and tidy. The toilet is very big with sufficient space for 2 girls to do their hair and makeup. The bed was very comfortable, and had 4 pillows in total. There is a washer and dryer, and basic cooking utensils, although we didn’t use them. Yada is responsive and allowed us to stay alittle longer after checkout to hide from the heat. She also recommend a very good driver to us. Would definitely be back the next trip!

Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

The interior is really lovely. Everything I needed was there. It was super clean, the bed is comfy, a good amount of space. Great view of the city. I’ll stay here again!

got a great price on my stay here and Mam was so lovely and so fast to respond and help, even not the same day of the earthquake Mam was making repairs and recommended me great local spots for food and fun, perfect stay and the room was very cosy and spacious.

Kately's accommodation is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The transportation to the accommodation is very convenient. The nearby places are suitable for relaxation and there are many famous tourist attractions and restaurants. Kately is very willing to help with everything. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

Nossa estadia em Chiang Mai foi excelente! O local era exatamente como nas fotos: todos os ambientes estavam extremamente limpos, bem organizados e a casa nos surpreendeu positivamente. A localização também é ótima, próxima de bares, mercado, farmácia e fácil de encontrar — até mesmo o pessoal do turismo local conseguiu nos localizar sem dificuldades. Tout était parfait ! Logement impeccable situé dans une zone très calme mais pour autant très proche du centre de Chang Rai. Il correspondait parfaitement à la description, nombreux équipements que ce soit de quoi déjeuner, de l'eau, produits de salle de bain. Propreté irréprochable et mobilier très moderne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représente.

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

한달살기를 할꺼라..고민되는 부분이 많았어요..일단 아이들과 함께라 치안과보안이 중요했는데..엘리베이터키도 따로 있고 콘도라 대부분 장기로 살고 계시는분들이 많아서 조용하고 좋았어요..건물이나 가구는 좀 세월에 흔적이 있지만..튼튼하게 지어져서 아이들이 맘껏놀아도 되고,층간소음없었어요..아무래도 동남아라 과일두고 나갔다왔더니.. 개미가 ㅠㅠ 이슈가 있었지만 빠르게 처리해주셨고 저희도 조심하니 그다음부터는 괜찮았어요.. 세탁기랑 건조기가 있어서 좋았고..조리도구가 잘되어있어서 한번씩 아이들 식사도 집에서 차려줄수있었어요~ 샤워후 배수가 살짝 아쉬운거 빼곤 좋았구~ 일주일에 한번씩 청소와 시트교체가 있어서..굿! 아!!물도 청소때 마다 가져다 주셔서 잘이용했어요. 치앙마이 도착후 픽업서비스도 좋았습니다.. 한달동안 잘이용했어요~

Wonderful stay. Natasa is attentive and super helpful, and the apartment is gorgeous. Location in Astra is amazing with walking access to many great night markets and old town.

The location is not far from Chiang Mai university. Better to rent a motorbike to explore the city. . The whole building is under the airplanes routes, in the evening there will be frequents flights taking off, after midnight till early morning, it’s quiet. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, cozy and bright, size is good for two people.

I had been to Bangkok and Phuket before this stay in Chiang mai. This by far was the best. The apartment was clean and comfortable. This place had hot water, which I did not have the previous places I had stayed. Lets talk about location. The location was absolutely perfect, short walks away from several 7/11, cash exchanges, little cafes, and night markets. The building itself has amenties. Host was communitive and lays all rules in the apartment (in a binder). This place was close to the airport and was a vibe. I arrived late and didnt have to worry at all. I fell in love with Chiang Mai and will be back right here next year.

Really nice place! The room was clean and the communication super easy and fast! The place has a gym and upstairs pool which are quite relaxing! Thanks for the stay
