Spacious and comfortable house in a private family subdivision, work desk in each room. It has WiFi, Netflix and cable TV in the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Large garden and barbecue. Covered parking for 1 car and 2 more in front of the house. Double water tank and water pump system. An elliptical exercise machine. Pets are not allowed and no smoking inside the house. Oxxo and Tota 200 meters away and pharmacies 1 block away. Supermarket 1 km away by car. Nearby restaurants.

Este bonito condominio cuenta con todos los servicios (wifi, clima, TV y agua caliente) también con 2 recámaras, sala, área de trabajo, cocina y baño. Es ideal para cualquier ocasión (familiar, estudiantes o visita de trabajo) Es realmente cómoda, económica e ideal si buscas comodidad y bajo costo. UPV, UAT, IMSS y maquiladoras a 5 min del condominio. La casa no cuenta con cochera, pero el área del estacionamiento es sumamente amplio ya que la casa se encuentra en esquina.
