Great place at Valeria's. It was located in a quiet place and not fat away from the beach! The place is well equipped and lots to do around. Recommend!

We stayed at Myriam's place for a week in April 2025. It is very peaceful, with amazing views of the ocean from the terrace. The absolutely beautiful La Pelosa beach is in walking distance, 10-15 minutes. Since the beach is popular even in late April, being able to just walk down is a major advantage. You can also just walk out to the west coast, which is usually a bit rougher but makes for great hikes. We visited Castelsardo, Alghero, Neptune's grotto, and went on a day trip to Asinara Island National Park, all of if was beautiful. We had a great time. Myriam was very helpful, the check-in was easy, and she accommodate a late check-out. The apartment is very nice and we would have loved to stay longer.

We really enjoyed the days at the house. Gianluca was always available for us. Thank you also for letting us into the house earlier. The rooms are rustic, but everything was cozy. We were happy to use the three terraces when the mosquitoes left us. In the fall, you should always have mosquito repellent with you.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will be very happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Federico’s flat! He was the perfect host — warm, friendly, and welcoming — and offered us everything we needed. We loved exploring the neighborhood, walking to the old city, and checking out nearby beaches. It was great that Federico recommended all of his favorite places and we could not be happier with our stay. We would love to return here one day!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the beach and the entrance to the sea changes depending on the wind and weather. A cottage in a rural area, about 300-400 meters from the beach, to the town of Stintino 5-7 minutes by car. The cottage is as described, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Large deck, outdoor shower very useful in nice weather. Great communication with the host and his family, we felt their care and kindness all the time. Thanks for a great holiday :)

Perfect stay. The house is very spacious and has double exposure. The terrace is huge! You can even see the sea. Full and equipped kitchen and also includes a coffee maker in capsules! Excellent cleanliness. Strategic location as there is a supermarket right below the house and another one a few meters away, as well as other shops, services, restaurants, etc. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach, so very comfortable. Gabriella also welcomed us in advance and was very helpful and provided us with all the information for the stay. We disturbed her several times, even at unlikely times, and she always responded. He also recommended some places to eat and beaches not to be missed! I can only highly recommend!

Fortunately, Jessica rented us the place at very short notice and allowed a check-in less than 10 minutes later and saved our day! We got an introduction and a lot of tips from her. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is so beautifully and warmly furnished that we really felt “Like @ Home.” The bathrooms are great, there are plenty of towels, even extra ones for the pool and beach. The kitchen is very well equipped! And there was nothing missing. The living room is so cozy! We had an all-around lovely stay and would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately our flight left after 2 days. In summer, the outdoor area with the pools is certainly fantastic. The water was a bit cold now, but the children didn't mind. We recommend the place 100% and hope to return to beautiful Palau☺️

Great location and apartment..stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment has everything you would need. Just to note we stayed at the end of the season (mid October) and most of the restaurants and bars were already closed in Baja.

What a truly wonderful home to make your own and enjoy Palau and surrounding areas.We had a fantastic time and Sara’s responsiveness and kindness was fantastic from beginning to end.We cannot recommend this place and area enough!

Really nice view and terrace. Perfect for 3-4 people Only drawback might be the music from the bar downstairs, but not really disturbing for sleeping.

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Great accommodation TOP location just a short walk from the beach, pine forest, and outdoor playground. The apartment was nice and clean. Parking was available right in front of the house, within the premises. Communication with Marco was excellent — he was always available and helped us even in difficult situations. He also allowed us a late check-out at 11:00. Thank you!

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

A perfect home for a relaxing stay facing the sea. We enjoyed the walks from the house along the sea and into the countryside. In the village of Palmadula there is a small supermarket and a very good farm-inn. For those wishing to rent a car in advance, avoid low cars because to access the house you have to take a sloping dirt road with holes. Filippo gave us plenty of tips for our stay and he is very responsive. A great place.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was great with an amazing view with some lovely walks right from the gate. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The view of the Maddalena Archipelago from the two terraces to Corsica is beautiful. The house is easily accessible, you can easily walk to Palau. You will find everything there, every hour a ferry to La Maddalena, be sure to visit. The equipment is more than sufficient. We explored Sardinia from all over the north. The small house beach is barely 100m away and really nice. You can walk there very nicely. Maria Luisa always kept in touch and was immediately available if needed. Irene, who takes care of the property, has also embellished our stay with valuable tips. We really enjoyed our 15 days here and have no concerns about coming back here. Thanks for everything, Marisa! This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Marco's place was clean, he communicatief well and the location was extremely beautiful! A pitu that we had so many neighbours nut that don't brother us too much. Thanks Marco!

I can recommend this apartment. It features a beautiful view on Corsica and a cosy garden. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Projector in the bedroom is a great feature for chilling out in the evening.

It was very calm and relaxing, Martina and Michele were very nice and easy to reach out to and provided us just with the information we needed to have an amazing time. The location is beautiful and the terrace by the sea is just perfect

We stayed the last week of August and the first week of September 2024. The location is really convenient, a 5-minute walk to the beach. We found a very clean, cozy apartment and above all equipped with everything. The garden is simply wonderful with an amazing view to enjoy breakfast and evening aperitifs. The owner is very kind and always available. We highly recommend it!
