Stefano is truly a Superhost!!! Available and extremely courteous, his apartment is the perfect place to visit both Sirolo and Numana: very central location, great parking service offered by the host and the short path to the beach starts right from Sky! The apartment was very clean, quiet, with attention to detail and equipped with everything. We especially appreciated the welcome expense offered by the host, the various hygiene products (not discounted on Airbnb services!), and the sought-after breakfast treats and afternoon snacks overlooking the sea! We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

Lucia was kind and caring before and during our stay; she took care of the arrival time by being at the reception with a jug of fresh water and a fruit basket. The apartment matched the descriptions in the listing; despite the hot days we did not suffer from the lack of air conditioning, making up for it with the fans present. The kitchen is really complete, nothing is missing as well as in the bathroom and in the rooms. The beach is within a 10-minute walk, and nearby there is a small grocery store, a pasta factory, a bakery, a fishmonger and a tobacco bar. A good solution for a vacation in Grottammare.

The house is really nicely decorated and with the garden and large property it was really a very nice place to stay. The private tennis court is also worth a lot. I would recommend anyone who is still considering choosing this property! Nik is super nice and the caretaker Lirim is also really nice! Totally beautiful holiday!

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

It was a special four days in Ancona. Very comfortable apartment, extra clean and fantastically equipped. We found literally everything for a perfect getaway.
