Vacation rentals with a firepit in Nunavut

Neil was very easy to communicate with and the stay was awesome, everything was clean and exactly as expected.

Bear haus is such a beautiful property in such a beautiful place. Myself and my family had an incredible stay there and loved all of the thoughtful touches the host had added to the place. It was so cosy, we didn’t want to leave!

We booked this home for our wedding, hoping for a sunny day - but instead, we got snow. What we didn't expect was how beautifully it all turned out. The snow made everything feel magical in the most unexpected way. The house was warm, peaceful, and full of character. It gave us the perfect backdrop for a small, intimate ceremony. It wasn't what we originally imagined, but honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for giving us a space where we could turn a surprise snowstorm into one of the best days of our lives.

Was a perfect place to gather with friends, wonderful to entertain cook and play games while also not being on top of each other

This home is well maintained, it is right behind some train tracks but it did not bother us at all when the trains went by. The amenities were great and I loved how many things were in a walkable distance. We also did some cooking in the kitchen and it was really nice having all the tools we needed (and extra) there!

Everything was perfect and what we were looking for, close to town, safe and secure and space to park a trailer. Will stay again next time I’m in the area. Thank you

Amazing host, property and experience. Shelly was super responsive and flexible. The house and the location are unbeatable, especially the hot tub on the creek. Next time I’m in Golden I will definitely try to stay here and will recommend this spot to friends traveling in the area!

Peter & Joanne were fantastic hosts, made us feel very comfortable and were very helpful with local recommendations and advice. There was everything we needed and the decor was lovely. They were really kind to our 2 young children, which meant a lot to us. Joanne keeps the garden beautiful and this really helped us to feel at home as we could make the most of the nice summer. This was a great place for a group! Super clean and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table a lot. It is a little bit out of town but not too bad to drive into Golden and easy access to Rogers Pass for ski touring. Would stay again!

This was such a wonderful little oasis! We stayed here for our wedding night and it was perfect. Nice and rustic and peaceful on top of that! Scott and Lisa were very good at responding to messages I had and very flexible with check in which is great!
