Något som sticker ut är den stora uteplatsen med möjlighet att sitta i tre olika väderstreck. En stor gräsmatta lockar till lek och spel. I stugan finns en fräsch bastu och laddbox där du kan ladda din elbil ( självkostnadspris). Handdukar, sängkläder och städning ingår inte men kan ordnas (kontakta värden för pris).

Egen parkering i anslutning till stugan. Stugan ligger centralt i Mellbystrand med gångavstånd till fin strand, närbutik, restauranger, stort köpcentrum och motionssling

Här bor du granne med Falkenbergs strandbad med fantastiskt fint spa och restauranger, och endast 80 m till stranden. Fräsch och mysig lägenhet i hus på 60 kvm öppet till nock. Öppen planlösning med litet kök och matplats, stor vardagsrumsdel med braskamin, sovloft, toalett och dusch. Finns en extrabädd, tvättmaskin med torktumlare, platt-tv med Apple TV, och audio PROhögtalare. Lägenheten har AC. Uteplats med grill. Slutstädning ingår ej, men går att boka. Medtag handdukar och lakan.

Vår gäststuga med egen ingång från gatan, och egen avskild uteplats, erbjuder fräscht och bekvämt boende nära centrum och 1,7 km till Skrea strand. Pizzeria och stor matbutik (Coop) 75 m från dörren. C:a 5 min till restauranger och barer i centrum och 10-15 min till stranden (till fots). Stor gratis parkering rakt över gatan. Wifi ingår. Nu med nyinstallerad luftkonditionering, 2023. Sängkläder eller handdukar ingår inte, går att hyra för 100 kr/person. Täcke och kudde finns.

Here you live in luxury but at the same time with the feeling "back to nature"

A lovely apartment with two double bedrooms, luxurious big bathroom and a small kitchen with acess to a beautiful garden right outside your doorstep. It is only a short walk from the main train and busstation in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. Hey! My little red tiny house is located in the Swedish forests of Halland. So if you love it really quiet and close to nature, this is the right place. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

In scenic Steninge there is this charming accommodation that is incredibly nice in scenic surroundings close to the sea and nature reserve. The accommodation offers three bedrooms and in the charming outhouse there is room for two sleeping places. The house is fully equipped with all possible comforts.
