Cozy house with luxurious feel. Great information from the host and a small appreciated welcome pack. The pool and many places for socializing were a big plus.

Our stay in Trosa was amazing! The house was brilliant with comfortable beds and a well aquipt kitchen. A patio with a view over the harbor and a big terrass with a beautiful pool to enjoy. A 5 minut walk to the Harbor and the Trosa Center was a big plus. Our host Fredrik was always reachable when we had any questions. Will definitely return to enjoy Trosa and this fabulous house. Thank you Fredrik for letting us enjoy your house.

The house has an amazing view over the water and a very large deck with 4 distinct different spaces. Outside kitchen/ seating area/ jacuzzi/pool. Photo’s do not do it justice. The house was clean and very nicely designed. A perfect location to wind down and relax. We will be happy to come back!

This place was exactly as described and very clean. It was quiet and surrounded by beautiful farms and homes. The hot water didn't stretch very far for four adults, but we just staggered our showers. Overall, a very lovely stay.

Very happy with this Airbnb, would 100% choose this again if we need a cabin in/around Nyköping. Nice neighbors and quiet area a short drive outside the city.

The house was clean and very cozy – a perfect spot for a relaxing stay. It is idyllically located and is a good starting point for excursions to Kolmården, Nyköping and Norrköping. Christer was very helpful and always available if we had questions. It was noticed that you thought of everything – there was even a high chair and toys. If something was missing, you could borrow it effortlessly. We had a great time and can highly recommend this home!

It is a unique and engaging house in a stunning location. We very much enjoyed the architecture, the decor, beautiful walks with a view of the water, rowing boat trips,... Highly recommended for any nature and architecture lover. Patrik provided a nice welcome and gave many nice regiotips.

Newly built accommodation a little rural. Good size, fresh and nice semi-detached house, great if there are several in the company. Great host who responded and served us.

Compact but very nice, modern and functional cottage. Great surroundings for walking for dog. Quiet nice forest environment.

We stayed at Birgitta's house for 3 nights and had only positive emotions. House was spacious and well equipped, nice location. Host was very friendly and helpful.

It‘s hard to describe Simon‘s and Janna‘s place without sounding pathetic. It‘s a true „smultronställe“ with the nice garden and within Sörmlands beautiful nature. The house is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We‘ve even seen lots of deer, two moose and a hare. The kids loved to play around the house and in the forest. What we especially appreciated is the warm welcome by Simon and Janna and that they were happy to share their recommendations on things to do in the surroundings. Hope that we can make it there some time in the future again.

Incredibly beautiful views over the sea. More busy than we had anticipated, but it didn't bother us much. We had plans to fish outside the house but the dock we were allowed to use was not directly usable, as most of the dock was missing. Bring your own knives if you want something else to cut with than a bread knife. A big plus was that sheets were included and it was made when we arrived. Very nicely cleaned. Cozy house with magical view. Would have liked a small café set on the terrace so you can sit there and eat breakfast in the morning sun.

A nice spacious house. Excellent accommodation with nice parking. Spacious kitchen with large fridge and freezer. The beds were neatly made upon arrival and fresh towels were ready for us. The separate cottage in the garden was nice. For example, the children had their own private sleeping space. We used the puzzles. The contact with George was very good and friendly, there was a good description with instructions ready. We have had a nice time.

Lovely cabin , close to beautiful nature. I spent a week here and would have loved to stay longer !

We were with four adults and five teenagers in Karin's great place. There was a lot of space in the houses and the surroundings and we enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful landscape very much. It was great that we were allowed to use the kayaks and you are at the lake in 5 minutes. Friendly contact and all questions were answered quickly. Thank you, Karin!

We celebrated midsummer in this nice house! And we are super happy. It was even nicer in real life. And is secluded with nice views. The house was large and spacious and it was cleaned nicely. Freshly made with clean and nice sheets when we arrived as well. + that there was a dishwasher and included cleaning. Would highly recommend!
