Es una zona segura, tranquila y con muchos comercios cerca, estamos a escasos 15 min del centro de Oaxaca (caminando). Tenemos 2 bicis para su disposición y también tenemos una academia de bailes latinos, donde si gustan podrán tomar alguna clase de su interés.
