The luxury complex offers apartments with magnificent views. Instead of walls, there are panoramic windows. On the first row, there is a private beach, close to the main cafes, shops, two swimming pools. Fully equipped kitchen with new furniture and appliances. There is everything a young traveler may need. You're sure to love my place for its comfortable bed, kitchen, high ceilings, and views. My place is well suited for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

An amazing apartment with infinity sea view, located right on the shore (1st line) on the 6th floor next to Nessebar's old town. In the complex you can find also two super markets, farmacy, bank(ATM), bar and bio icecream shop. It takes about 2min to Nessebar south beach and 5-10min to Nessebars's old town. The apartment in newly renovated and new picturs will follow. A tailored guide with recommended places (nice beaches, sight seening, restaurants, bars, etc.) is provided prior arrival.

Our goal is to provide our guests with a true seaside fairy tale and experiences that will make them want to return again.

Wonderful peaceful house

An incredible single-family house at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains, just 7 km. from the beach. The village is located close to the Obzor and Byala resorts, but is quiet and peaceful, suitable for families and friends who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding trails and forests offer opportunities for walks and silence. Access to both cities by car is quick, only about 10-12 minutes.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. The house has two floors. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has three beds, the second bedroom two beds. Each of them with its own bathroom. On the second floor there is apartment with two beds, kitchenette, a dining table and bathroom with WC, large terrace with a tent and exterior furniture. The beach is 600 meters walking.

Villa Xenia is well equipped with everything you could need to feel home from home...Byala is a lovely gem of a place it still has a village charm but is up and coming with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars lining the Main Street leading to the beach. You will have the best of both worlds the villa is equipped to easily self cater, or you will find the local restaurants are very reasonably priced!
