David and his wife are easily the best hosts I’ve ever had to communicate during a booking on AIRBNB. David, from beginning to end, was very communicative and made my stay very easy. The property was BEAUTIFUL, and everything that was offered on the listing, was exactly what we received! We loved our stay and would easily rebook this trip over again. Whether you are looking for a quick stay or a long one, this listing, I would recommend for sure!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

Communication was great and home was wonderful

The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

Delightful!!! What an oasis. The room was large, comfortable, and had all the amenities of a hotel with the charm and coziness of staying with a friend. The location is great for all things Asbury Park and we had so much fun taking the Veo scooters here, there, and everywhere (there is conveniently a Veo scooter parking place right on Jamie's block). Jamie is lovely, a gem. She called to give very helpful directions to her place from local transit and called to make sure we settled in comfortably. We were glad to be able to say hello in person on our way out! Highly recommend. The space is so unique with beautiful pieces and a huge incredibly comfortable bed. Very peaceful neighborhood and the other guests were so quiet we had no idea there were others in the house! Perfect location for our relaxing weekend.

The place was very laid back. The continental breakfast was good. It was beautiful at the lake. The beach is a fifteen minute walk but you can take your car. Beach passes were given out gratis. Ronna is very nice and informative.
