Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ocean Grove Beach

Martha and Pat are among the nicest people I have ever met. Very warm, helpful and interesting. I hope we meet again.

It was very pleasant experience. Host is very friendly, responsive, and available. In a very vibrant neighborhood, this seems a blissfull place.

Carries place was the perfect get away from the city to reset. will be back when we need another short get away.

It’s hard to find a room less than $100 on Airbnb these days. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us to put our luggage. The property itself is really very lovely. The neighborhood is just a working class and this house seems to have been there for quite a long time prior to the neighborhood developing in the 60’s. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The 2 steps up to the bedroom are moderately difficult in the middle of the night. I’ve just recently had a knee surgery and it requires some effort if you have mobility issues. The bathroom is simple and utilitarian As I mentioned everything you need for a good nights rest. Can’t beat the price! I would recommend however, block out shades in the windows. There are louvers, but that’s only on the bottom of the window. If you arrive late at night 5 AM comes pretty quickly - Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Siobhan reached to coordinate a check-in time that suited us both which was nice. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Siobhan was very friendly, kind and shared restaurant tips that were helpful. Sandy Hook beach and Proving Ground was just a 10-15 minute drive away & was a great place to visit.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The location is great, and there is free parking. It was a very nice touch to have two bottles of water on the nightstand. The room was clean and comfortable! I highly recommend it!

Nanonte was a gracious and friendly host. The house was spotless and so entertaining. The bedroom was warm and cozy, just like she promised and her dog Parker was the best. The subway stop is right at the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

Michael’s Bed and make your own damn breakfast was advertised perfectly! And I could not have been any happier. We need a place to lay our heads at night by NYC that did not charge an arm and a leg. Not only did we get that but also a super fun experience and a wonderful host to chat with.

ELEANOR WAS THE BEST HOST EVER!!The house was very clean,easy to find very safe neighborhood.She helped me a lot when it came to asking numerous questions I had about travel and how to get around.she also made sure I had some snacks for when I arrived.Very thoughtful of her. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. They were super loud all through the night (almost thought they were tap dancers) because they were so loud. I honestly don’t think they sleep at all! It was very loud through out the day and night.. if you don’t mind the loudness then you will be okay! But other than that it was a terrific stay..and Eleanor was absolutely wonderful 🩷

Lisa’s place was the perfect location for a quick beach weekend. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to sit in the front porch in the evening.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

Jennifer was warm and welcoming. Her house is charming and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The animals are sweet once they get to know you. Jennifer cooked me a yummy breakfast every day and made sure I had everything I needed. She is a special and very interesting host.

Lisa's place was great!! We are down the shore alot and its great to find a place that feels just like home. We ate breakfast with other guests and had a great night on the porch laughing and enjoying the warm weather. The outdoor shower was great, the room had AC and we had the privacy we needed.

Wonderful place for a quick impromptu weekend trip. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast is included every morning and discount beach passes available for guests. Exactly what you would expect from a bed and breakfast.

Great BnB experience! The room is on the 3rd floor in the back of the house, very private and quiet. The bathtub was relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming. Restaurants close by and easy to walk to the beach. Would definitely return!

Lisa and her B&B are great! I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again if I come back to the area!

The house is located in a safe area and you needed a code to get in later at night, which is reassuring. It takes some getting used to for sharing a bathroom but somehow I never had to wait to use it. All good and reasonable price for the area.
