This is the way to camp. Arrive and it’s all done, just unpack. Tents were huge with plenty room for 4 people plus luggage and walking room, and was totally water proof. We loved our stay and all communication was excellent and fast. Thankyou

Luxury Glamping Tent (Adults Only)

We had the best time at Turon Gates. The glamping tents are perfect for people who want the camping experience but in style. Plenty to do on the premises like horse riding and bush walks.

Donnybrook Eco Retreat - Billabong

AbhijitRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A truly beautiful hidden gem! My wife and I enjoyed an incredibly relaxing weekend surrounded by farm animals and birds. This was by far the most comfortable glamping experience we've ever had—offering stunning views, exceptional comfort, and plenty of privacy. Our host, Chloe, was warm and very responsive. Highly recommended, can't wait to come back here!

Glamping at Rockaway Farm - Southern Highlands

MelissaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thank you for our wonderful weekend escape. The glamping tent was cosy and comfortable. Plenty of blankets provided on a very comfy bed, and some wonderful thoughtful details like games, sweet treats and a fire built ready for us! The location was beautiful, with views of the surrounding farms and ponds. It was quiet and wholesome.

Tent with mountain and ocean view

DaveRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was my 3rd stay at Dahilig! it's got a great view and a nice pool. I don't want to be right in Sabang or Puerto Galera town so this place was good for me. I walked to both when I didn't have the motorbike rental. It is about 20 mins to walk to Sabang and 30 mins walk to PG town. Dahilig was quiet and Mariam is friendly. I booked this tent ad but the tent isn't up at the moment. I was put into the end room of the single rooms. There is a bathroom very close in the main building and a fan in the Room. These are the cheapest rooms I think but it suited me just fine. I even stayed for 10 days. The room had a twin size bed I think it was, a table, a chair and a bedside table as well as the fan of course. I would return. If you want a room at Dahilig with air con or cook top I suggest looking up Dahilig resort on ag.oda as the prices are more for a better room but not by a lot. Thank you, Rogel and Mariam!

Wilderness Camping Experience, everything you need

SymoneRating, 5 stars16 months ago
We are amateur campers, and when I saw this set up I knew we had to go. The ease of having your camp all set up for you was a dream, the national park we had never visited before, the opportunity at an adventure was too good to miss. We definitely felt out of our city comfort zones for a day…but soon settled in for a wonderful 4 nights. Swimming in the river was a highlight, as was the bush walks and the possibility of catching a trout. We might even do this again, thanks Toni for the chance to camp. We loved it!!

Country Retreat Glamping

MicaelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner, our dogs and I stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! The spot is beautiful and private, Linda had everything so well set up and was fantastic to deal with. We were so grateful for everything she provided (fresh eggs, fresh baked bread, Easter treats, dog treats, feijoas), she really went above and beyond. The outdoor bath was a highlight - so relaxing and peaceful, there were bath bombs/bubble bath there to use which was great. Would highly recommend staying here. We’d love to go back.

Abbeys Farm Retreat

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I absolutely loved this place - the tent was spacious and had everything we needed (including a heater, AC and electric blanket)! The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful and we loved the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen had a stove, kettle and very clean bbq pit! The shower and bathtub had hot water and we felt very comfortable. David and Glenda were very responsive and made sure that we were settled in well. Would love to come back to this gorgeous airbnb! 😊

Time Wood Pass Creekside Glamping Tent Stay

ClareRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It was all the best bit of camping with any of the hassle of pack up and pack down. The location and privacy was exactly what we were after. The natural beauty of the area was a standout for us. The river and surrounds was quite magical for our children. They enjoyed a morning swim and a campfire breakfast. We drove to the local waterfall and did the hike down to the base. The tent was very warm and comfortable with lots of character and thoughtful touches. We had a bit of rain so the camp kitchen floor did get a little soggy- but it didn’t impact on our beautiful time as a family. We are looking forward to returning and exploring further.

Rustic Glamping for Couples

LowRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay here, it was our first time glamping and safe to say it has become a core memory for my partner and I. Jack and Susanna are wonderful hosts and we felt right at home with their three dogs and many horses. Would highly recommend if you've never been glamping before and aren't too squeamish about a few bugs.

The Canopy - a Huch experience

Sarah-JayneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A unique and incredible stay with kids. We spent two nights at the canopy and it has everything you need plus wonderful beds and the comforts of electric blankets and hot water. There was lots of space for our dog and it felt like a safari getaway but with great quality appliances and features. One thing I would be aware of is that if you are highly sensitive to noise, the neighbouring cabin is not far away and because it’s a valley, sound travels to the point you can hear more than expected. We had perhaps unaware neighbours who were rowdy and it made our night/mornings not that peaceful. Otherwise an incredible location, accommodation and host.

Glamping at Noonaweena

AnnalisaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
It was raining our whole stay however we still had a good time. Facilities was immaculate and had everything you could think of for the outdoor stay. Comms were great, Adam even allowed us access to spa, sauna and pool the whole stay (fortunately time no guests staying in the residency we used however still appreciated). Kids enjoyed the pool. Please be aware toilet is under 100mts away from tent so if you have a weak bladder, plan ahead but other then that… relaxing and refreshing.

Beachside 1

Marius JRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It is a very unique and special place. Far away from everything surrounded by nature, a beautiful beach at your doorstep and calmness. They can organise a boat tour for you to small magical islands for snorkelling and swimming. Everyone at the place is super friendly and easygoing and the chef takes good care of you. This place is highly recommended if you want to escape the crowds and enjoy tranquility. The only downside is the journey to get to Binga Beach (though this of course adds to it’s magic and the journey is an adventure in itself the hosts). David will definitely help you out to arrange transportation. Thank you for this lovely stay!

The Mountain Camp @ Mt Kinabalu

Ji DingRating, 5 stars2 months ago
As a glamping novice, we had an amazing two night stay at the Mountain Camp hosted by SK and his wife. SK and his wife were friendly, easy to communicate with and gave us clear instructions. There were both tent and cabin set up. Both were squeaky clean and well maintained. The outdoor area where we prepared our meals were adequately equipped too. Our 2.5 year old son loved to hang out there, under close supervision. Situated in Mesilau, we woke up to the majestic view of Mt Kinabalu. There is also a beautiful stream just a stone’s throw away. The private and serene environment provides the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The stargazing night was magical. SK and wife were attuned to our needs as a young family, and provided us a variety of suitable options to fully enjoy the quiet nature and its surroundings. We truly appreciate the place and would love to come back!

JoRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Thank you for sharing your magical part of NZ with us. Stunning views, beautiful lagoon and bush surrounds, super fun flying fox and trampoline for the kids and plenty of boards. My 8 year old had an incredible surf lesson thank you Mikey and special thanks for our take home gift. NB: no jokes about the road being 4WD I braved it in my SUV but it was a rough ride. Worth it!

Really lovely host, super proactive with making sure we arrived safely and seeing if we needed anything. The place was immaculate, even went to having a super clean bbq for us to cook and a fireplace with already chopped wood. The bathroom was immaculate and amazing shower head with lots of bright natural light and amazing views. The bed was extremely comfortable with accessibility to power points The view of the stars from the property make it even better

Te Tiro Glamping Tent & Glowworms

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was our favorite stay while in NZ. I wish we could have stayed another night or two. The view is nothing short of amazing. I love that they have their own glowworm grotto. There are a few other rentals on the same property but you don't feel like you are lacking in privacy at all. You can tell how detail oriented the hosts are. As we were shown to the tent, Angus noticed a light bulb that was starting to flicker in one of the lamps. He immediately came back with a replacement. He had the tent pre-warmed as well for our arrival as it was a tad chilly outside. The bathroom had a heater mounted on the wall too. The only downside I could muster is that it's a little bit out of the way, but it is SO WORTH IT. I hope Rachel and Angus continue with Te Tiro for years to come so that we can bring our kids in the future.
