Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away, no pets & no smoking. You'll feel like you are truly in a unique paradise! This is a garden view unit, with a peek of the ocean looking through the tropical gardens. This unit is a second home and is comfy, classy, and AFFORDABLE! North Coast Village is located right on the sand and is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California. Walk to the pier or the harbor! Relax in the tropical environment, or spend your days surfing, boogie boarding, or just laying on the beach. The beach is a VERY short walk from the unit. Walk to the downtown area where you will find fine restaurants, movie theater, shops, museum, and a weekly farmer's market.

Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.
