Our two-level apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator) in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Odessa - two blocks from Deribasovskaya, a few blocks from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Odessa Privoz. At your disposal there is a full-equipped kitchen studio with a comfortable sofa on the first floor, and on the second floor- a large sleeping-living room with a panoramic window and access to a wonderful green terrace from where you can admire the sunset. Recently, eco-loft repairs have been carried out using wood and environmentally friendly materials.
