Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Wonderful break on the North Sea

Relax with the whole family and friends in this beautiful wooden house in a holiday home area. A spacious kitchen open to the living room with direct terrace to the south includes everything you need. The sauna in the large bathroom promises relaxation, from the upper bedrooms you can get directly to the balcony. The North Sea, the ferry dock to the islands and Halligen, the train for excursions to Sylt or DK, restaurants and shops can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
