We are 2 minutes to Glenmore and Deerfoot Trail. Only 5 minutes to Downtown. You have a full kitchen with InstaPot, AirFryer and Coffee Bar. There is a dedicated work space/eating area, fireplace is ambiance only and WiFi. If you are looking to party please look elsewhere. We are excited to have you join our home.

This 1300 sq. ft. main floor house is nestled in the Chinook Park area, on a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes away from Rockyview Hospital (10-12 minute walk), Glenmore Reservoir, Heritage Park, Chinook Centre, Mount Royal College, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have complete privacy on the main floor, however should you require anything, we are very accessible (owner occupied basement suite). There are discounts for weekly and month long stays that display once you enter in the dates.

This location provides easy access to main transportation arteries in Calgary as well. We can welcome dogs but not cats as one of us gets severe asthma from cats. So sorry. This booking is for a main floor 2-bedroom bungalow. The basement is not part of the booking. The laundry is shared with the basement. Thanks
