This peaceful home is part of a large farm, a place for bike rides, stargazing, long walks and bird watching. A swing set and playhouse are inside the large fenced yard that surrounds house. This property is located east of Lexington Ga, about halfway between the busy college town of Athens and quieter scenic Washington.

Also near Sandy Creek! The property is an older (1970 something) home. My father and myself have done a lot since 2018 to make it something special. SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE.
