Vacation rentals with a firepit in Øksnes

If we could give Einar 1000 stars, we would! Not only is the cabin beautiful, but Einar has made our time here so special. He gone above and beyond as a host, we can’t sing his praises enough! The cabin is new renovated, the views are spectacular, and the island is peaceful and walkable. The ferry over to Myre is convenient, where you have everything you need. The perfect get away!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Signe-Lill's house. The tranquility was heavenly and unbeatable, and the view was really nice. We had so much space and everything was thought of. We felt at home and will definitely come back! Thank You!

We had an amazing week at Helena's place. The environment is simply amazing momentum behind the cottage, otters, eagles, ash cranes, dolphins around the canoe, an ermine during the walks. In short, a wild and grandiose nature. A magnificent view from the chalet. The dock to go down to the edge of the fjord, too beautiful. Great hikes around the Vesterålen. The chalet is comfortable. The living room window allows you to enjoy the view at all times. Recommended +++

We spent three wonderful days on Skogsøya. The house, although not traditional in style, was superbly positioned overlooking the sea and the neighbouring islands. The huge picture windows give an ever changing view that in real life are much better than the photos. We walked the coast road and several of the footpaths some of which climb hills behind the house and offer views over Vesterålen. You can hike to the north coast, but it gets very boggy beyond the big lake. Check the ferry timetable before travelling and if you arrive on a Sunday remember to do your shopping the day before! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying in Anders place on this magical island.

We can only agree with the good reviews of the other guests. The cottage is very lovingly decorated and really cozy, feel-good factor very high. House fully equipped, everything is actually available. Great kitchen invites you to cook, the coffee maker makes an excellent coffee, it's fun to just linger in the house, enough space, large dining table, fireplace, as beautiful as in the pictures. We rarely slept so well on our vacations, very comfortable beds. Everything very clean. An ideal location for nature-loving, very quiet and yet very close to refueling, shop and shopping in Sortland. Very central to explore Vesteralen. Close to the lake, a beautiful mountain panorama with clear skies. With Therese and Ron, despite the bad weather, we spent 4 beautiful winter tales days, you would love to stay. We highly recommend this place, it's definitely one of the best. Host:Friendly, patient, helpful. Accommodation: a beautiful house, with a private street and property. A great view, whether living room or bedroom/bathroom. Would love to come again. Dogs hadn't been a problem either. In front of the house you can also fish🎣. Since it snowed the whole time (beginning/mid-April), we were even cleared of the private street up to the driveway by "the neighbors?".

This cozy cottage was a wonderful home for us on the Vesteralen Islands! The house has all you need to cook and relax. The views from all the windows are breathtaking - looking right at the fjord. I think we took 20 photos out the same living room window, each with different weather , yet all on the same day! We felt it could be a home you could spend days and even months just looking out the windows! Hanne and Kristian are communicative and quick to respond. They also helped with recommendations for hikes and things to do. Food shopping and more can be found in Myre, a 15-min drive away. A clear recommendation for any couples/families looking for a nice base to explore the Vesteralen.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 1 month. It was excellent. The local surroundings are beautiful, the place is idyllic. The home is comfortable, warm, and spacious. Internet was great. And Anette may be the best host I've ever had on AirBnB. Whatever issues we had, including travel issues unrelated to the apartment, Anette was incredibly helpful and kind. She really was an exceptional host. We both loved our stay and would be very glad to someday return. This is a great home and a wonderful place to stay.
