I want guests to feel nostalgic, to say this is what we did when we were kids. To share those memories with their own kids and to make new memories together. Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Or bring the kids and hit the beach.

Sandtemple is a beachfront shack, resting lightly on top of a tiny sand dune between Cremorne Beach and Pipe Clay Lagoon with direct access and views of both. A unique tiny home where the sun sets and rises over water. It’s a space like no other with views out every window. Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
