Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Nice : charmant appartement vue mer, climatisé.

Au cœur de la vieille ville, à 2 pas du célèbre Cours Saleya et de la Promenade des Anglais, très joli appartement typiquement niçois avec 2 chambres doubles et 2 couchages supplémentaires dans le séjour (sofa). Idéalement situé à 3mn/200m à pied des plages. Très calme et lumineux avec vue sur les toits et bel aperçu mer. Climatisé. Entièrement rénové. Nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques proches. Accès facile en tramway depuis l'aéroport ou la gare de Nice. Local à bagages post check-out.

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.
