The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Pretty, close-in granny apartment with terrace

The pretty, small in-law (20 sqm) with private entrance in a historic settlement house, with modern shower room and kitchenette has its own terrace with a beautiful garden view. It is a 1.7 km walk from the University of Oldenburg, 2.5 km from downtown and 3.1 km from the train station/ZOB. The bed is extendable to 1.60. A bus stop is 2 minutes from the house (bus goes directly to the train station or the University of Oldenburg). A very sweet cat also lives in the main house.

Modern, high-quality and comfortable apartment (46 square meters) with full kitchen, new bathroom with rain shower, combined living and sleeping room and large balcony. The apartment is fully equipped and bright and friendly due to the large window front. The balcony with lounge chair and dining table offers a great view and an electric grill completes the outdoor pleasure. A car parking space is available free of charge at the house, as is Wi-Fi and TV.

It is located on the upper floor of a listed villa, walking distance to downtown.
