Hi , The house is a pretty and renovated old building with a bay window, high walls and garden. You will stay on the first floor on 75 square meters, with garden, terrace and parking space just for you. The attic is rented. The apartment is located in a purely residential area, very quiet but still central. Two people can stay here very well. You are also welcome to stay here with up to one additional person (sofa) and dog. Then please let me know beforehand so I can prepare this.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The apartment can also be described as a tiny house. It features a modern shower room with a nearly ground-level shower and a window. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the possibility to store clothes clearly. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a cozy sofa, as well as a single wall folding bed 90 x 200 cm, TV/satellite antenna, a small dining area, as well as a kitchen with ceramic stovetop, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and beautiful decor.

The apartment with a modern jointless bathroom and a high-quality kitchen is only a 3-minute walk from the university. On the southwest balcony you can enjoy your evening (and afternoon) in the sun over the rooftops of Oldenburg. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Directly at the horse market, the accommodation is located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone of Oldenburg in the old, charming Johannis district in the immediate vicinity of the registry office and the weekly market.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

You'll have a relaxing time here. It is not far to the city center and there are shops nearby. Thanks to a separate bedroom and a large sofa bed, up to four people can be accommodated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Bed linens and towels are of course available.
