Great location! Pyerizat was able to accommodate our changing requirements and check in time which ended up being much later than planned as we were returning from Tavan Bogd and were in desperate need of a shower and a bed. Pyerizat was super accessible via email or WhatsApp and provided plenty of guidance along the way.

Akhbupye's place is a perfect place to start your exploration of Bayan-Ulgii. It's centrally located, 5 - 10 minutes walk to the town's square, and lots of small grocery shops within a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is sparkling clean and has all the amenities that made my stay comfortable, including fast Wi-Fi. Akhbupye speaks English and responds within minutes to texts or calls. She also runs a local tour operator that takes small groups to the Eagle Hunting community of Bayan Ulgii. At my request, Akhbupye provided transportation from and to the airport. For longer stays, she also arranges a cleaning service. I highly recommend a stay at Akhbupye's apartment and experience the Mongolian-Kazkak hospitality.

Great place to stay, the owner speaks well English and she is super kind. It was a very nice last night in Mongolia!
