The house is equipped with a pellet burner and A/C. The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, the bedroom and the bathroom on the middle floor and a sitting area with a view on the upper floor.

A very quiet area, a few meters from the town's most emblematic monuments, such as the 12th century Arab Castle, the Church of the Incarnation and Calle Calzada.
