My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the charming Stone Cottage room.- a wonderful location close to everything in Cazenovia. Watching the sunset from the shore of the lake next door was a delightful bonus. Wendy is an attentive and thoughtful host. Our stay was everything we could have wanted. As we have family in the area we will definitely come again.

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

Steve was very easy to communicate with prior to check in, through the stay, and at check out. The setting is very quiet, close to the lake, restaurants, and stores. Steve and his property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we had a power outage after a storm. The yard was great for our pups to have their space while on their tie outs. Overall we have a great stay and felt welcome!

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

The property was beautiful and as described as was the house. It included everything we needed and was very cozy. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable. We enjoyed a fire outside one day and the indoor fireplace the second day of our stay. We would recommend and would stay again as well. The host had detailed information and easy check in and out process. We did very little when leaving which was appreciated and did not have to be out at the Crack of dawn which we also very much appreciated!

One of the best places we have stayed at using Airbnb. Clean, functional, comfortable and relaxing. We will be back soon!

it was perfect for our trip. it was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. it was centrally located to everywhere we went. The house is set beautifully on the lake.

Echo Lake had become a very special trip for my family. We appreciate that the kitchen stuff is as nice as our stuff at home! No internet this time, but we didn't have any trouble using a hot spot. It was great to have a safe vacation during all this. Thanks again, we can't wait to come back

Cute place, conveniently located in the center of everything ! The place is quaint and perfect for a small family. The outside has a cute setup perfect for relaxing outside watching the sunset.

After dealing with issues at another Airbnb, including a broken heating system, Emily responded promptly to our request and offered us her property. She gave clear instructions and ensured everything was seamless from start to finish. The house is immaculate—spotlessly clean, fully heated, and thoughtfully prepared. Every room was cozy and welcoming, solving the exact issues we faced before. The kitchen and other spaces were perfectly organized, and the surroundings are breathtaking, with beautiful streets and stunning landscapes. Emily was always available, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we felt at home. Her attention to detail and warm communication made the experience even better. Absolutely perfect! The house had everything you’d need and was nice and spacious that with three families we never felt crammed. We were bummed it rained so bad we couldn’t enjoy the deck space…with the propane fire pit and lots of seating it would’ve been a very nice area to socialize! We’re already trying to plan a time to come back!

Better than expected! Very spacious. Great place for a long weekend getaway with our children and grandchildren. Everything was clean, beach was absolutely perfect for the grandchildren. Felt like home, Nice restaurants all within a short drive. Host was extremely helpful and responded within minutes. We'll be back for sure!

Tracy is an excellent host! Very responsive and makes you feel right at home. This was my third stay; always neat and very clean. Well equipped with everything I needed. Peaceful setting on the lake. Will definitely stay again!

Have stayed here three times and it is always fun, clean, easy to cook food, play games, play with kids outside and play foosball downstairs . Saturday during a snowstorm, our tv didn't work because of the storm. Dean was plowing the driveway and I asked him about the tv. He got up on the roof, cleaned off the satellite dish and the tv was working again. Thank you Dean! We also enjoy doing a family walk to the gas station/store (Northway stop and shop) one mile away. Very friendly! We love bringing out family together here.

Carl's place is great. Views of the lake from most of the house. Modern, upgraded interiors and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

Lovely place for an inter-generational family reunion. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Cottage comes equipped with everything we needed inside (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) as well as many outdoor recreational options (canoes, fishing rods, kids toys, horseshoes, firewood, etc). Host very supportive and responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and area, fix 6 guests very comfortably. Bob was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Check in and check out were easy, will 100% book here again if I'm looking in the area

First trip to Sylvan beach. Ricks place was fantastic. I needed four rooms and kept finding places where had all these makeshift “rooms” that were actually the living room with a pull out couch. Rick’s place was great with 4 actual bedrooms. The place was right on the water and we enjoyed swimming in the lake and hanging out on the huge deck. Rick was more than accommodating when we needed to come in early and stay a little late. Rick gets 5 stars from me and when I’m back in town i will def come back.

Property was advertised and perfect for a nice quiet weekend with my wife. The property was meticulously maintained and offered stunning views which created a perfect backdrop for my wife and I to unwind and reconnect. We will be back.
