Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Own cottage on the island of Styrsö, 50 meters from the sea, 60 minutes by public transport from central Gothenburg. Large terrace in two levels of 50m2 with two dining areas and a grill that is completely at the disposal of the guests themselves. Lovely kitchen with most of the amenities and walking distance to the grocery store. If you want to go out and run or walk, there are several nature trails and cool nature. Båtebacken's cafe is nearby and it is walking as well as cycling distance to cafes, restaurants and swimming on Styrsö and Donsö.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.
