This apartment, located on the first floor has 32 square m internal area and an A/C unit for heating and cooling. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The sofa/bed for 2 persons is in the living room with kitchenette. The Bathroom is with shower cabin and hot/cold water. It is suited for 4 guests. The sea beach is 300 m away from the house, a mere 5-10 minutes walking distance.
