Rural location. Older houses that since it was built in the 1950s have been used as camp and training grounds for larger and smaller groups. On the lower floor there is a large assembly hall and a fully equipped large kitchen with capacity for 70-80 guests. Adapted for disabled people on the lower floor. On the upper floor there are 8 guest rooms. Most are double rooms with a simpler standard but with a very high comfort factor. Toilets and shower rooms are in the corridor.

Sandviks swimming pool in Långsvan is a 10-minute walk from Bråten. It's a public swimming area. There is a nice sandy beach with floating docks, land for sunbathing. Changing room, toilets and barbecue area. Playground for children and benches all around.

The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.
