Newer apartment

I rent out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. It is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The wilderness and fine hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Bright and charming loft apartment with cozy and unique atmosphere. Apartment is centrally located in Drammen, and is suitable for both businesses or individuals. Including electricity, internet and otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking on your own courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the university in southeast Norway at the campus of Drammen (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is in a quiet and neat residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and biking right next door. Rural location with 500 meters to the bus stop and about 5 km to the train. Free parking with charging facilities for electric cars for a fee. When I'm not renting the space, I live there. Some rooms and closets will therefore not be available.

Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

From this central accommodation, the whole group has easy access to whatever it may be. The apartment is easily located in Mjøndalen and has about 5 minutes walking distance to both shops and train station with access in 30 minutes to Kongsberg or 45 minutes to Oslo and 1h and 10 minutes to Gardermoen. about 7 minutes walk to Mjøndalen Stadium. About 30 minutes drive time to the following sights: • Thesilver mines in Kongsberg •The world's largest jumping hill in Vikersund •Blaafarveverket in Åmot

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, peace and quiet, and a scenic private sauna with breathtaking views. Sightseeing and restaurants in Oslo are nearby. The cottage is modern and fully equipped with top facilities.

Public transport nearby. Short distance to the Oslo fjord maybe the nicest beach Ringshaug. The room contains its own kitchen and bathroom. Nespresso machine and coffee maker. Refrigerator/freezer and stove with induction. Washing machine. Ironing board/iron. Altibox fiber/TV incl. Chromecast.

"New" apartment with good standard of 35m2 on the ground floor of our detached house. Rural location with panoramic views. The apartment is located about 8 km from the E16. The apartment is located in scenic surroundings, a short distance to many nice hiking opportunities. Public transportation is limited. Car recommended, private parking lot. Possibility of renting SUP, kayaks, ski equipment or electric bike.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
