Welcome to Cyprus and our beautiful Larnaca holiday apartments. With our vast experience in hospitality, we can't wait to welcome you to your relaxing Cyprus beach holiday, ensuring your stay is completely stress free and totally relaxing. Our beautiful complex in Oroklini, near Larnaca, consists of 2 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom. The single bedroom apartments sleep up to four people with the two-bedroom apartments each sleeping up to six. So in effect we can accommodate up to 16 holiday makers at any one time. Our Larnaca holiday homes are tastefully decorated and have all the amenities to make your self catering holiday in Cyprus as comfortable as possible. Each apartment overlooks our beautiful heated pool, a real gem, which is for the exclusive use of our guests. My sister Helen, who lives on the complex, is always on hand to look after our guests and make sure the site is kept beautiful at all times. We are situated in a quiet complex, just 20 meters from the sea, allowing sun worshipers the choice of sunbathing at the beach or in our superb grounds by our luxury heated pool. Please note, our apartments are not suitable for large groups on stag or hen parties. We are situated in a quiet residential area and can only accomodate couples or families looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. MORE INFORMATION The space These self catering holiday apartments are part of a small, quiet complex, suitable for couples and families. Guest access Access to a luxury heated pool, exclusively for our guests only. Interaction with guests We are on hand to welcome you and make sure your stay is perfect. We live on the complex ourselves so are able to look after you for the duration. Other things to note The apartment comes fully equipped with a microwave, oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. Clean linen is provided per week and each guest is given their own towels. Cleaners are used before every check in. If you require an additional clean throughout your stay, please let us know. This is an additional cost. Wifi There is free Wifi provided by Cyta at 1 Gbps which is the strongest possible in the area. Our rooms were renovated in 2021and undergone a total renewal. Everything from furniture and equipment to bathrooms and floor tiles has been replaced by brand new material in order to provide the best accommodation experience to our guests. The self-catered apartment overlooks our stunning pool. Living rooms are decorated with modern furnishings and a minimalist aesthetic. Also, air-conditioning units are available in every room. Living room is consisted by the following: • Sofa bed • Dining table • Free Wifi-80Mbps Plasma TV (sat channels) • A/C – radiators for central heating • Kitchenette. (hob, microwave, kettle, sink, extractor fan, fridge with freezer and cultery) Washing machine. There is also direct access to the pool.

George Roof Garden Apartment

The apartment has 50 m2 internal space, plus 50 m2 external space (Roof terrace). It is fully furnished and completely renovated. It is inserted in a gated duplex building with a lush and flowering garden. It comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan living room with an equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs and seating area with charming window seats. It is on the first floor with an outdoor stairway that leads to a private roof garden with wonderful views over the sea, mountains and town. It may accommodate up to 4 persons.

Welcome to Larnaca BeachHouse Apartment. Located directly on the beach, the seaviews are stunning especially with the morning sunrise. Our place is newly renovated, it feels fresh and airy and spacious for families to enjoy. This is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment, which has 2 bathrooms, both with walk in showers. The open spaced living room/kitchen area has a balcony overlooking the sea where you can sit and enjoy your coffee, breathing in the fresh sea air and the feel of warm sun.
