Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. En la finca que dispone de árboles frutales y verduras ecológicas. En finca La Espiral, hay dos casitas mas VV Sofia y VV Drago, Con todas las comodidades como, parking, wifi, smart TV ,Netflix, etc.

Casa La Dula es una vivienda rústica totalmente reformada. Es un espacio de 55 metros cuadrados completamente equipado con cocina y sala de estar, un amplio dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio de 150 x 200 y un baño con plato de ducha. Esta situada en la parte alta de una finca de aguacates y con una entrada privada.
