Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Osimo

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll. Man fühlt sich schnell zuhause und kann bei der ruhigen Lage einfach schnell entspannen. Gabriella und ihr Mann Mauro sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Soggiornare da Tommaso a Numana è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La casa è spaziosa e luminosa, con due meravigliosi spazi esterni, uno dei quali particolarmente ampio, dove abbiamo potuto godere della colazione al mattino e di cene rilassanti la sera. L'alloggio è situato in una zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più rigenerante. Tommaso si è dimostrato un host eccezionale: accogliente e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi su spiagge e servizi locali, che hanno arricchito la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio per chi cerca una pausa di serenità in un contesto splendido.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. Spero di tornare presto! Grazie ai padroni di casa per la loro reattività, il loro aiuto e la loro gentilezza.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Catia und ihr Palast sind einzigartig! Die leckersten Eier und Omelette gibt es nur hier. Ihr Tierreich ist zuckersüss! Zu Fuss erreicht man problemlos das kleine Dörfchen, wo man relativ alles findet. da ich alleine , während der Nebensaison hier war, durfte ich mir aussuchen, ob ich in dem Tiny House oder eines der Zimmer belegen möchte. Catia hat mich behandelt, als wäre ich und mein Hund ein Teil Ihrer Familie! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Leonardo è stato un host semplicemente perfetto. Oltre a venirci incontro con un check in anticipato, ci ha subito deliziato con delle chicche della zona per poterla vivere al meglio e dei piccoli cadeau che hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno. Avere a disposizione le bici per gli spostamenti è stato eccezionale, la casa era impeccabile, l’indicazione di un bagno convenzionato dove rilassarci è stato molto di aiuto e di classe (oltre a fornirci uno sconto su pranzi e cene). Consigliato vivamente a chiunque, se dovessimo tornare qui non esiteremo un attimo a scegliere Leonardo. Grazie ancora

Ons verblijf in een vakantiehuis in een schilderachtig dal nabij Gualdo Tadino, Umbrië, was een geweldige ervaring. De ligging van het huis was perfect, omringd door prachtige natuur en op een ideale plek om de omgeving te verkennen. Het groene landschap bood ons precies de ontspanning die we zochten. Ook vlak bij restaurants en supermarkten. (5 mins) De gastvrouw (en heer :-))maakte ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd klaar om ons te adviseren over uitstapjes en lokale bezienswaardigheden. Wat we echter het meest waardeerden, waren de heerlijke zelfgemaakte desserts die ze ons af en toe bracht. Van tiramisu tot verse pannacotta, elk gerechtje was een traktatie. Bovendien kregen we verse tomaten uit haar tuin, die werkelijk vol van smaak waren. Het huis was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, met een heerlijk terras waar we van de omgeving konden genieten. We hadden kort problemen met de elektriciteit, maar dat werd snel verholpen. Top dus.

Essere ospiti a casa di Giulia è come una coccola rigenerante! La casa è molto bella sia negli interni che negli esterni, immersa nella natura tra le colline marchigiane, nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. In giardino abbiamo fatto subito amicizia con le 2 splendide cagnoline e i gatti. Giulia è stata un host eccezionale, super disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su cose da fare e da vedere oltre a offrirci buonissimi pomodori del suo orto! Ci siamo sentiti a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto! Super consigliato :)

La casa è bellissima sia all'interno che all'esterno, come anche il contesto in cui si trova. Il giardino è meraviglioso e vi trovate immersi nel verde in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Si sente un po' il rumore dell'autostrada, ma il suono è distante e ovattato, noi eravamo in 8 e non ha infastidito nessuno. Luogo recintato, adatto a famiglie con bambini e animali. Internamente è ben arredata con uno stile uniforme, quindi non trovate mobili abbinati a casaccio. I materassi sono comodi. Ci sono le zanzariere avvolgibili a tutte le finestre. Tutte le dotazioni della casa funzionano regolarmente. La casa si trova a 5 minuti di auto da tutto, mare, centro città, ipermercato. Giulia è un host ineccepibile, presenza assolutamente discreta che ci ha fatto vivere la casa come se fosse nostra, ma pronta e disponibile nel momento del bisogno. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni molto piacevoli in questa casa. La posizione è ottima, con un panorama davvero bello e rilassante, ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente e ben curata. Speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro, magari prendendoci ancora più tempo per apprezzare questi posti davvero belli.
