The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Zielonka – Letnisko near Łódź

Zielonka is a holiday cottage 20 minutes from Łódź in a small village near Tuszyn, close to Mandoria. Located near pine forests, it provides tranquility and healthy air. Ideal for families with children and seniors. A 70 m² house for six guests (comfortable for four to five). Fenced property, terrace, campfire and attractions for children. Your dog will be happy too :) The area is great for walks, bike rides and horseback riding. Relax in nature in the morning, spend the afternoon in Łódź, and have a campfire in the evening. The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
