The bus/airport bus is close by and Helsfyr subway is about 10 min walking distance. Intility Arena is 5 minutes walking distance away. The garden part is under renovation at the moment, but quite possible to use it anyway.

Back terrace with uninterrupted view to the forest & balcony with view of the fjord. 4 minutes to the bus stop to Nesoddtangen, & from there a 23 minute ferry ride to Aker Brygge. Very quiet area with plenty of play areas for children, also many hiking and swimming opportunities; only 15 minute walk to the beach at Oksval. Our favourite place in Norway since moving from England! :)

The apartment is located quiet and quiet on Nordstrand, 25 minutes by bus from Oslo S. Østmarka is just a stone's throw away with miles of bike paths, trails and cozy places to eat. The area has a good offer with public transport. Kiwi, Meny, and Rema 1000 are only a short drive away. The apartment is in a green area surrounded by townhouses and single-family homes. The Lambertseter stream runs along the property, and flows into Ljans river nearby.
