Die Ferienwohnung „Groote Kaat“ befindet sich auf dem Sommerpolderhof in der Krummhörn zwischen Norden und Emden. Der Krabbenkutterhafen von Greetsiel ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist 75 m2 groß und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und einem weiteren Bett (0,80 x 2,00 m). Ein eigener (eingezäunter) Gartenanteil, angrenzend an den der benachbarten Ferienwohnung, mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenliegen rundet das Angebot ab.

Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, etc. are quick to reach. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Norden is about 10 minutes away by car and Norddeich about 15 min. In the open living and dining area there is a modern equipped kitchen free WiFi incl. towels/bed linen. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Upgant-Schott, not far from the Störtebekerturm Marienhafe. The Norddeich coast can be reached by car within 15 minutes. There are beautiful beaches and the Wadden Sea as well as the ferry terminal of the East Frisian Islands. The fishing village of Greetsiel is approx. 17 km away. There are also beautiful bike routes to explore the beautiful area. Arrival/departure by train is no problem, the train station is about 1.3 km from the property

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.
