Simply relax or actively explore the area, by bike or on horseback, as well as on foot along the northern path to the old monastery mill.

You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

You live in a detached wooden house with your own sauna, a very elegant shower area and a terrace. The room, designed for 2 people, is approximately 55 m2 and includes a bathroom, a furnished kitchenette, a sauna and a shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are wildly romantic with lots of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. We warmly welcome you to our old Lower Saxony hall house. We rent 2 apartments in our beautiful completely renovated farmhouse. If you are looking for a very individual apartment where everything is new, this is the place for you. The garden is now also finished. Please note that in the apartment there is a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with 140 x 180 cm. The apartment is therefore comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.
