My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The stylishly renovated Fewo Rettbrook awaits you in the typical Ammerland landscape, surrounded by nature. The original farmhouse from 1905 combines rustic charm with modern facilities. The upper apartment in the 1st Südwieke was renovated with a lot of love and effort and lovingly furnished. At the back is a large balcony overlooking the meadows and fields. In the kitchen you have a view of the first Südwieke. There is a parking space right in front of the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
