In front of the house there is a sunbathing area with a swimming pool and a fireplace, and a table and chairs for dining in the evening atmosphere with complete privacy. Behind the house there is a parking lot for 4 vehicles

The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has multiple terraces: private adjacent to the house overlooking the city and river, and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.
