The house is located near Posedarje, just 20 minutes from the city of Zadar. A great quiet base to explore the Zadar region's historic towns, villages, art festivals, wine, food, beaches, and wilderness adventures. The house is in a very safe corona-free environment and enables full isolation.

The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning and TV sets, both bedrooms have access to the large corner terrace (balcony). Rounded off by a barbecue area and pool for common use.
