Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

We provide cozy sitting areas to relax, reflect,and enjoy Sabin and Patch the resident horses. Located in a rural riverside village that offers a unique ice cream shop providing a variety of specialty foods, and a wine shop with food and jazz. Both are within walking distance.

Walking distance to downtown Findlay with a nice grassy park in front of the house, perfect for playing with kids or dogs. The private entrance walks into a spacious living room with two leather couches and Smart TV with streaming apps included. Kitchen includes a range, fridge, and microwave.
