Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Exceeded expectations. Location was perfect, seconds away from the sea that you can see from the terrace (beautiful view) two public beaches in walking distance, great restaurants within minutes, the right amenities for a week long stay. I could not recommend any higher, we loved our stay and appreciated the quick communication and flexibility of Theodoros. We visit Cyprus every year and would absolutely book again. Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Compared to the price we should have had enough hot water. At 10 people at the beginning of the season it was difficult to shower in the hot water. Some things for a luxury villa are to be reviewed, such as a broken lounge chair, no possibility to hang bath towels, provide a change of the Jacuzzi water in the middle of the stay, especially for 10 people when the pool water is cold. Small details to settle, otherwise GREAT

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Although it was low season, the local town was very quiet but the location of the property was perfect as just a stone's throw from a gorgeous private cove beach which we had almost all to ourselves and swam everyday! Easy to walk to other small beaches too. The property itself is great but would really benefit from some more places to hang towels in bathrooms, just simple hooks on the back of the doors and perhaps a stool/chair in the large bathroom upstairs. Otherwise it was great :)

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Apartment was very nice. Pool area good with showers and toilets. 5 minute walk to Nissi beach. 10 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Bars and restaurants close by. 2kms from Ayia Napa centre.

We came as a family of four (kids 7 and 10 y old). The House was very spacious and clean with a modern interior design. The pool was in very good shape and had just the perfect size. The owners were very friendly and always helpful and we even did spend some time together. There are grocery stores around the corner and some beaches/bays can be easily reached by foot. All in all we all had a great time in Protaras and we will definitely will come back one day.

We recently stayed at this wonderful villa in Cyprus and had an absolutely perfect holiday with our 8 month old son. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even before we had arrived. The villa itself was beautifully set up, especially great for families with children as everything we needed for our son was there for our use, Maria had thought of everything! The location was ideal, just a short walk from stunning beaches and convenient shops, as well as lovely restaurants. We enjoyed daily beach outings and easy access to local amenities, making our stay both relaxing and hassle-free. Overall, this villa provided us with everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Cyprus! Thank you again, we would love to come back.

We stayed for 6 weeks at this place. Overall it was really really good. Communication was great and if there was a problem either Shuki or Ali were there to fix it. Oven is not currently working but I have said this to Shuki. I suggest to get a car because there is not much in walking distance (be aware of driving “restrictions” in Cyprus). A supermarket is approx 5 minute drive away. Also, the electricity went down 3 times during our stay but it was fine overall. Wi-Fi is okay but if you are two people working can be a bit difficult sometimes. Apart from this, the property is really nice and we suggest it. Thanks Shuki and Ali.

This was a great place to stay! Just next to the beautiful palm beach. There are good restaurants around. It was very peaceful walking next to the beach and it is very close to the walled city. Annabelle is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place !! Enjoyy ! I'll be back 😍

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Our family really enjoyed the last couple of days in this place. It is a great place for the families/friends gateway. Definitely worth the visit and explore the peaceful nature👍 Good communication with the host (Tavor) before and after our stay. Really appreciate your help and support.

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! It was such a pleasure to spend a few days enjoying this stunning location. The house is right by the sea, with an amazing view and a peaceful garden full of trees and plants. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!
