We stayed for four nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 3, 5 and 8 years. The house is furnished beautifully in traditional Moroccan style and decorated with many ornaments, curios, and artworks. We were shocked on arrival by the property's palatial appearance, but soon settled in with the help of the guardian Mohammed and housekeeper Habiba. We thought it was self-catering but were informed by the host that if we bought the food then Habiba would cook for us. The cooking was to a high standard with extra luxuries like homemade cake, but what is prepared relies on what you provide and your instructions. We requested traditional Moroccan food. Mohammed and Habiba could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Mohammed is on call for any needs like taxis. The extensive garden of established plants and trees is illuminated by lanterns at night. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. The kids loved the swimming pool but must be supervised. Better than any hotel.

We had a very relaxed time staying at Danielle’s. The accommodation was spacious with a lovely patio. The apartment is part of a small guesthouse so you can eat breakfast and dinner on the premises which we highly recommend. Danielle organised a local guide for us to walk into the Atlas Mountains to a Berber Village. Said the guide was excellent and informative and the 18km walk well worth it. We stayed for 4 nights which allowed us all to completely relax after a week of travelling but we’d recommend investigating other activities around the surrounding area if you want to be busy as it is quiet. The only downside was the shower which was a little poor but otherwise a lovely stay. We would definitely return. Danielle organised a taxi for us on our departure to take us straight to Essaouira (4 hours). Many thanks

Quel séjour enchanteur ! Se réveiller avec le doux chant des oiseaux, entouré par la beauté des montagnes et le murmure apaisant de l'oued, fut une expérience inoubliable. Le logement était parfait, offrant un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade ressourçante au cœur de la vallée de l'Ourika. Un véritable coup de cœur !

A really great hide away. Great place with lots of space, a great pool and slides and other things to play with for the children. It is a bit remote though. Nearest restaurant or supermarket is a 30 min drive on some bumpy roads. Make sure to take plenty of supplies, the Nespresso machine will make the coffee :) and what is better than a morning coffee with such an amazing view.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa au calme. La terrasse avec une vue panoramique était un endroit parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Accueil très sympathique, Yassine nous a donné plusieurs idées de visites aux alentours qui nous ont bien aidés.

Pourquoi je recommanderais Hicham??! Pour sa positivité,son engagement,sa réactivité,sa chaleur humaine,un vrai hôte quoi! Le logement est tel que présenté sur les photos,maison propre,calme,les balcons donnant sur la rivière est un petit bonheur le matin pour prendre son petit café ou son petit-déjeuner. Perfect stay. Very clear check-in instructions and a very clean apartment with all necessities for a comfortable stay. Carrefour is 2 mins away and the Terrace restaurant downstairs is great. Communication with the host team was great, they provided us with a crib upon request. We regretted that we were only staying for one night.

Stare da Younes è stato come stare a casa! Lui è stato sempre disponibile e molto reattivo a rispondere ai messaggi. La casa rispecchia totalmente la descrizione, è molto pulita e ha tutto il necessario. Facile trovare parcheggio. Unica pecca è che non abbiamo capito perché l'indirizzo dato da Airbnb ti manda da un'altra parte, quindi chiedete a Younes la posizione esatta prima di arrivare.

- Kommunikation klappte sehr gut. - Apartment zentral gelegen mit Tiefgarage für ein Fahrzeug. - Die Stadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. - Grosse Wohnung, bei der alles vorhanden ist. Wir haben sie sehr sauber eingetroffen. - Einzige kleine Kritik: In der Küche gab es keine Abtrocknungstücher für das Geschirr.

Mehdi fue atento en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con la ubicación del lugar pero çel nos ofreció cancelarlo, con lo que si fuimos es porque quisimos. No obstante, es un poblado en el que la gente fue encantadora con nosotros, lleno de niños maravillosos que nos inundaron de cariño. Sin duda repetiría.
