Very clean, cozy, easy to access apartment, frankly I recommend everything nearby, underground parking... everything you need.

Our stay at the residence in Marrakech was simply fantastic! We would like to highlight Anas, who took care of our transfers from the airport to the hotel and back and was always available to us throughout our stay. The complex itself was extremely clean and quiet, with a beautiful pool that invites you to relax. Our rented villa was a dream – spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need. Not to forget is Khadija, who prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning. Especially the Moroccan crepes and pancakes were a highlight, plus there was fresh orange juice and fruits – just perfect! We felt completely comfortable and highly recommend this residence.

We had a great time in a quiet residence being not too far from the main sights. There was a small shop within walking distance. For breakfast a 5-minute walk away the East West Marrakech is a great place. Thanks to Mohamed for hosting us and for his responsiveness.

What a beautiful villa! Even nicer in real life! The villa was clean, well kept and there were lots of little touches that made it special. We opted for breakfast and dinner, and had authentic home cooked Moroccan food. A great, secure and private location on a golf course that’s secure and gated. Nada was absolutely brilliant in recommending things to do and so responsive! Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yahya's place! The villa is so spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The beds are really comfy and the villa feels really safe. Yahya was always on hand to answer questions and help with anything. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect and meant our two children spent many happy hours in it! We also chose to have 3 dinners made at the villa by two ladies who cooked delicious food - would really recommend this service. The location is remote, but it is not far from the main road and then it is an easy drive to the supermarket (Carrefour is 15 mins drive) and then 10 minutes further to the centre of Marrakech. We hired a car at the airport. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

This villa is a dream!!! Its spacious, clean and admirable villa with amazing small details. Big pool to swim and a space to do eat next to it. Oumaima was a wonderful host with amazing communication. She even helped me to set up a surprise birthday table for my mother birthday with decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have all supplies available in the kitchen. Private parking for your car. So much security and privacy. Best bargain. The small shops are near the villa no need to drive. You will love to stay in this villa. We missed it when we left from this place. Once again thank you oumaima for everything. You are the best!!

Great stay in this well-located new and secure residence, special mention for caretakers. The accommodation is great, spacious and with a great atmosphere and a nice view of the pool, the location is perfect and especially in a quiet alley, close to everything, Thank you again for everything!

The hosts have been extremely friendly and responsive, responding quickly to any questions we may have. The caretaker welcomed us warmly and was very understanding throughout our stay. It was very clean and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you for being flexible with a late check in. The host was also kind enough to explain, which gave me peace of mind. I definitely want to use it again when I travel to Morocco. There are also bakeries and shops nearby, and the seed environment is good. It will be on the street, but there is also a parking space, so it is convenient to visit by car.
