We are located 2.5 km from Tiradentes Square, the historic center, going up the steep slope of João de Paiva. Another way would be the same route as the circular bus.

Cozy chalet in downtown Lavras Novas, close to the city's main restaurants and shops. It has a mini kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a cozy balcony with a hammock and a small table. We have bedding, towels, a minibar, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a two-burner electric stove, a microwave and dishes. You can park your car here and stroll around the city on foot:)

We have four chalets within the property, distant from each other and completely independent. A place to rest with a beautiful view of the mountains and direct contact with nature. Extremely preserved mountain and riparian forest region. A small waterfall just over 100 meters from the chalet exclusively for our guests and several others in the surroundings.
